采用工业级AC伺服电机驱动,具备极低漂移率和60kg的载重能力。

它集成了高刚性、高响应特性和无间隙传动技术,能够在长时间观测及高负荷运行下保持卓越性能。


以下是核心特性:


1 高精度控制

SFE300 配备工业级AC伺服电机,自带23位光学编码器,高达838.8万的脉冲分辨率。

可提供稳定的扭矩输出。电机与编码器的闭环控制系统确保设备能够精准跟踪天体位置,并将抖动控制在0.2角秒以内。

支持超过4分钟的无导星跟踪,有效减少对外部导星设备的依赖。

同时我们还提供了携带雷尼绍2360万分辨率的EC版本可供选择,支持更长时间的无导星跟踪。


2 无间隙传动

SFE300 采用摩擦传动技术实现零背隙特性,极大提升了运行的平稳性和响应

速度。RA轴使用37.5倍单级摩擦减速装置,DEC轴则结合高效谐波减速器与同步

带传动系统,即使在重载条件下,也能保持设备的高精度控制与流畅响应。


3 大载重与高刚性

SFE300 配备了大尺寸摩擦盘,并采用高强度金属材质制造,确保设备在重负

载下依然具备优异的刚性和抗压性,最高承载口径可达18寸。在高负荷运行时

用户还可通过预压力调节进一步优化设备的负载适应性,确保在各种观测场景

下都能保持稳定。


4 超低漂移率

SFE300 采用低波动跟踪输出系统,通过精密控制和补偿算法,将长时间运行

中的周期误差降至最低。其跟踪系统的周期误差周期为38分18秒,而RA轴的

跟踪波动在RMS < 0.35角秒范围内,使设备在长时间观测中始终保持卓越的跟

踪稳定性。该性能可显著减少漂移积累,为深空摄影提供良好的表现。


5 密封与防尘

SFE300的摩擦传动部分采用全包覆式罩壳保护,有效避免外界灰尘入侵。

同时我们的摩擦轮和驱动轴采用不易生锈的特殊钢材制造,经过热处理后可长期稳定运行。


The SFE300 friction-driven equatorial mount is specifically designed for fixed observatories. It utilizes an industrial-grade AC servo motor that provides an extremely low drift rate and a load capacity of 60 kg. 

The mount integrates high rigidity, high responsiveness, and backlash-free transmission technology, ensuring outstanding performance during long-duration observations and high-load operations.

High-Precision Control

The SFE300 is equipped with an industrial-grade AC servo motor and features a 23-bit optical encoder with a pulse resolution of up to 8.388 million. 

It offers stable torque output, and the closed-loop control system of the motor and encoder ensures precise tracking of celestial positions, keeping jitter controlled within 0.2 arc seconds. 

The mount supports unguided tracking for over 4 minutes, effectively reducing dependency on external guiding equipment. 

Additionally, we offer an EC version equipped with a Renishaw encoder providing a resolution of 23.6 million, supporting longer unguided tracking.


Backlash-Free Transmission

The SFE300 employs friction-driven technology to achieve zero backlash characteristics, significantly enhancing operational smoothness and responsiveness. 

The RA axis uses a 37.5:1 single-stage friction reduction mechanism, while the DEC axis combines an efficient harmonic gearbox with a synchronous belt transmission system, ensuring high-precision control and smooth response even under heavy load conditions.


High Load Capacity and Rigidity

The SFE300 is equipped with large friction disks and constructed from high-strength metal materials, ensuring excellent rigidity and compressive strength under heavy loads, with a maximum aperture capacity of up to 18 inches. 

During high-load operations, users can further optimize the device's load adaptability by adjusting the pre-pressure, ensuring stable performance across various observation scenarios.


Ultra-Low Drift Rate

The SFE300 features a low-fluctuation tracking output system, employing precision control and compensation algorithms to minimize periodic errors during long-term operation. 

The tracking system has a periodic error cycle of 38 minutes and 18 seconds, while the RA axis tracking fluctuation maintains an RMS < 0.35 arc seconds, ensuring exceptional tracking stability during prolonged observations. 

This performance significantly reduces drift accumulation, providing excellent results for deep-sky photography.


Sealing and Dust Protection

The friction transmission components of the SFE300 are protected by a fully enclosed cover, effectively preventing dust intrusion.

Additionally, the friction wheels and drive shaft are made from special steel that resists rust and ensures long-term stable operation after heat treatment.
